The Maple Rooms is a recording Studio located, close to the sea, 30 minutes from Cork City. Run by Producer and Engineer Cormac O'Connor. The studio was designed by DanDan Fitzgerald of Irish Acoustics. The studio has a very pleasing acoustic response with excellent results for Drums, vocals and acoustic guitars.The yamaha upright Piano and Mapex Orion Drum kit are permanently miked up and ready to go.
Cormac specialises in arrangement and production for singer songwriters and bands. After a long and varied career as a sound designer for theatre and TV, working with Many companies including The Royal Opera House, The Royal Festival Hall and the BBC, Cormac is focussing now on high quality music production and Video Design.
The studio has a massive library of cutting edge sounds and sound manipulation tools as well as a generous range of microphones, preamplifiers and musical Instruments.
We also provide creative  Video design and can offer a range of packages providing services to facilitate you in taking your  idea and turning it into a hign definition music video with distribution to YouTube and Social networking sites.
